InterOil announced that its shareholder Haikou Dongduo received a "Case Filing Notice" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on November 7, 2025. The China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to initiate a case against Haikou Dongduo because they did not stop trading when the combined shareholding with concerted actions reached 5% of the total share capital. This case does not involve the company and will not have any adverse impact on its daily production and operation.
