The "Measures" mention optimizing inclusive computing power services. Strengthen the connection with national computing power policies, coordinate planning for all types of computing power in the province. Promote the intensive construction of computing power infrastructure, build a provincial integrated computing power resource public service platform with network scheduling, inclusive usability, green and safe characteristics, and strengthen computing power service support. Make good use of the Fujian-Ningxia cooperation mechanism to promote "Fujian computing". For enterprises with an annual purchase amount of computing power services exceeding 100,000 yuan, a subsidy will be given based on the proportion of the actual purchase service fees not exceeding 50% of that year, with a maximum subsidy of 500,000 yuan for a single enterprise.
