Huayou Cobalt Industry announced that recently its controlling shareholder Huayou Holdings and its concerted action person Chen Xuehua have partially lifted the pledge and pledge business. On November 6, Huayou Holdings lifted the pledge of 70,692,000 shares, accounting for 22.90% of its holdings; Chen Xuehua lifted the pledge of 18,270,000 shares, accounting for 22.14% of its holdings. On November 7, Chen Xuehua pledged 22,520,000 shares, accounting for 27.30% of its holdings. As of the announcement date, Huayou Holdings and its concerted action person collectively held 391,169,847 shares of the company, accounting for 20.63% of the total share capital, with a total pledge of 137,947,994 shares, accounting for 35.27% of the holdings. There are no pledged shares expiring in the next half year or year, and the pledge risk of this time is controllable, and there will be no change in control rights.
