Boeing Alloy: Termination of establishing wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam and investing in construction of production base.

BOWEI Alloy Announcement: Due to significant changes in international trade policies during the project advancement, the project is unable to meet the company's investment return requirements. According to the company's strategic development plan, the board of directors convened the 19th meeting of the 6th session on November 7, 2025 to deliberate and pass the resolution "Regarding the Termination of Setting Up a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary in Vietnam and Investing in the Construction of a Production Base". It was decided to terminate the implementation and construction of this project. Up to now, the subsidiary has not been established and the project has not commenced.
