On November 7th, Jin Tuo Co., Ltd. announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the board secretary, Qiu Xingzhong. Qiu Xingzhong applied to resign from the position of board secretary due to work adjustment reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The company held its sixteenth meeting of the second session of the board of directors on November 7, 2025, and approved the proposal to appoint Xie Linlei as the new board secretary.
