On November 7th, S&P awarded Australia's Queensland Insurance Group (QBE Insurance Group Limited, referred to as "Queensland Insurance Group" QBE.AX) a "BBB+" long-term issuance rating for its $300 million subordinated notes. As a non-operating holding company of the QBE Group (QBE group), Queensland Insurance Group (A/stable/-; core operating entity rating of AA-/stable/-) has priced the notes and settlement will take place on November 10, 2025.
