Ant Group's latest organizational restructuring: establishing a Health Business Group, with Zhang Junjie serving as the President of the Business Group.

Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi released a company-wide letter and announced an upgrade to the organizational structure: the original "Digital Medical Health Business Unit" has officially been upgraded to the "Health Business Group," and will accelerate the development of medical health business to become a strategic pillar of Ant Group. It is reported that this is the most crucial organizational structure upgrade in recent years for Ant Group, and its business matrix is becoming more complete: in addition to Ant International, Ant Digital Technology, and OceanBase operating as independent companies, the Alipay Business Group, Digital Payment Business Group, Wealth Insurance Business Group, Credit Business Group, and the newly established Health Business Group collectively form the 5 core business units of Ant Group. The re-investment in the large health track also signifies Ant's exploration of new growth opportunities, and marks the completion of their AI strategic layout in the three key areas of life services, financial services, and health services. According to the company-wide letter, Zhang Junjie will be appointed as the President of the Health Business Group. It is understood that he is a "veteran" who joined Ant in 2014, and was one of the first employees of Alipay's medical business, playing a key role in leading various core businesses such as online appointment and payment, electronic health insurance codes, and the AQ health management app.
