Musk says robots will be used for the construction of bases on Mars and the Moon.

At the Tesla annual shareholder meeting, Musk shared multiple company updates and plans, focusing on humanoid robots, self-driving technology, production expansion, chip innovation, and updating the company's mission. Musk stated that humans may be able to achieve uploading a snapshot of human consciousness into Tesla humanoid robots within 20 years through Neuralink. By then, humanoid robots may have human consciousness. Humanoid robots will be used for building bases on the moon and Mars, and Tesla vehicles can be converted into lunar/Martian rovers.
