Taixing Runjia submits application to MOX Australian Stock Exchange to list 150 million RMB bonds.

On November 7th, Tai Xing Runjia Holdings Limited (referred to as "Tai Xing Runjia") announced that the application for listing of bonds issued to professional investors only (as defined in Section 2.1.6 of the Corporate Bond Issue and Trading Guidelines of the Macau Monetary Authority) has been submitted to the Macau Financial Assets Exchange Limited (MOX) as stated in the information memorandum dated October 31, 2025. The aforementioned bonds have been approved for listing and trading on November 7, 2025.
