Typhoon "Seagull" landed in Vietnam, resulting in one death.

Typhoon "Seagull" made landfall in the central part of Vietnam, in the Guiren region, on the evening of November 6th, local time, causing widespread destruction. In the province of Danang, the typhoon caused houses to collapse and resulted in one fatality.
