The Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that the board of directors has proposed to appoint Mr. Xiao Wang as an independent non-executive director of the second board of directors, and to appoint Mr. Xiao Wang as the chairman of the second board of directors' remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the risk control committee after his director qualification takes effect. The term of office is the same as the remaining term of the second board of directors.
