SpaceX plans to acquire more spectrum licenses for EchoStar Communications (SATS.US) for $2.6 billion in stock.

According to the Securities Times app, EchoStar Communications (SATS.US) has agreed to revise the final agreement with SpaceX to sell its unpaired AWS-3 spectrum license for $2.6 billion in SpaceX stock price.
