Director General of the Customs Tariff Department, Sun Meijun, led a delegation to visit the Netherlands.

From November 3rd to 4th, Sun Meijun, Director General of the General Administration of Customs of China, led a delegation to visit the Netherlands. During the visit, Sun Meijun met with Ms. Zwerina, Director of the Dutch Customs, to discuss topics such as advancing the construction of smart customs, inter-agency cooperation, and capacity building training. They together unveiled the joint training center of China-Netherlands customs, celebrated the 25th anniversary of inter-agency cooperation between Shanghai Customs and Rotterdam Customs, and witnessed the signing of relevant cooperation agreements. Sun Meijun also met with Minister Lumeini of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Safety, and Nature of the Netherlands to exchange views on topics such as plant health, animal health, and food safety, and signed a cooperation agreement on inspection and quarantine. During the visit, the delegation also held working exchanges with the representatives of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands.
