Shangwei New Materials: Nominates "Zhihui Jun" Peng Zhihui and others as candidates for non-independent directors of the company.

Shangwei New Materials announced that the 20th meeting of the third board of directors was held on November 6th to approve the resolutions on changing the company's registered address and amending some corporate governance rules, as well as on the early election of the fourth board of directors and the nomination of non-independent and independent director candidates. The meeting agreed to nominate Peng Zhihui, Tian Hua, Zhou Bin, Jiang Qingsong, and Niu Jia as non-independent director candidates for the fourth board of directors, and Deng Xiaoyang, Ma Huimin, and Shen Zhen as independent director candidates. These resolutions need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval. In addition, the meeting decided to convene the 2025 third extraordinary shareholders' meeting on November 25th.
