Agricultural Bank helps the Ministry of Finance issue $4 billion in sovereign bonds in Hong Kong.

Reporters learned today that on November 5th, the Agricultural Bank of China, as a joint lead underwriter, assisted the Ministry of Finance in successfully issuing $4 billion sovereign bonds in Hong Kong. The issuance includes two tranches, a 3-year and a 5-year, each worth $2 billion, with issuance rates of 3.646% and 3.787% respectively.
