Covestro: Submitted application for the issuance and listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Kexing Pharmaceuticals announced that the company has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025. The application materials have been published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day. The application materials are in draft form and may be updated and revised in due course. If the issuance and listing are ultimately implemented, the shares will only be offered to overseas investors who meet certain conditions and domestic qualified investors who are permitted to invest in foreign securities in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations.
