Sanfeng Intelligent: Established a venture capital fund in partnership with professional investment institutions.

Sanfeng Intelligent announced that Sanfeng Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huangshi Jiufeng Intelligent Electromechanical Co., Ltd., recently signed a partnership agreement with Hubei Changjiang Capital Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., among others, for the establishment of the "Changjiang Guoxin Intelligent Manufacturing Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise". Sanfeng Intelligent and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiufeng Intelligent participated in the investment with their own funds of 10 million RMB respectively, and hold 5% of the property share of the Changjiang Guoxin Fund. The partnership enterprise plans to invest in the fields of intelligent manufacturing equipment, rail transit equipment, and green intelligent ships.
