Deloitte announced that the company recently provided a joint and several guarantee of 100 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Yuande Limited for Longjiang Storage and Changcun Chuangxin, with a total guaranteed contract amount equivalent to approximately 1.767 billion yuan, accounting for 22.96% of the audited net assets in 2024. The company is expected to provide up to 3 billion yuan in guarantees for Yuande, which is within the scope approved by the shareholders' meeting. Yuande had revenue of 7.139 billion yuan from January to September 2025, with a net loss of 138 million yuan and an asset-liability ratio of 98.11%. The company and its subsidiaries have no guarantees or overdue guarantees outside the scope of the consolidated financial statements.
