According to the Wise Financial APP, Ke Rui Real Estate Research published a document stating that the supply of new houses in November remained low but stable, with a 5% month-on-month increase in the supply of 28 cities, a 46% year-on-year decrease. The rebound in first-tier cities is mainly driven by Beijing and Guangzhou, with a noticeable decline in overall pressure year-on-year. The total supply in second-tier cities remains stable, with increasing differentiation. The supply of third and fourth-tier cities has nowhere to go but down, with a significant increase in month-on-month supply due to the low base. In terms of supply structure, the proportion of key cities in need, improvement, and high-end is 28%, 55%, and 17%, showing a supply structure dominated by improvement, with need as a supplement. Nearly 80% of cities rely on the main city as the main supply force.
