Wanma Technology announced that it has recently received a notification from shareholder Yan Nan stating that on November 4, 2025, he released 920,000 pledged shares, accounting for 13.73% of his total holdings and 0.69% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is Yiwu Bangjie Small Loan Co., Ltd. On November 6, Yan Nan pledged another 920,000 shares, with the same percentage as the released pledge, and the pledgee is Shanghai Yushu Technology Co., Ltd., for personal production and operation purposes. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Yan Nan holds 6.7 million shares, accounting for 5% of the total share capital, and has pledged a total of 6.7 million shares, representing 100% of his holdings. The pledge will not lead to a change in the company's controlling ownership nor pose any risk of liquidation.
