Intelligence Finance APP News, CITIC Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC Securities International Limited (hereinafter referred to as CITIC Securities International), established an overseas medium-term note program through its subsidiary CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. According to the maturity situation of existing notes and the actual business development needs of the company, the issuer issued a note under the medium-term note program on November 6, 2025, with an issuance amount of USD 6 million. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program is USD 2.717 billion.
