Kangmei announced that from September 4, 2025 to November 6, Hu Jiqiang and Kangmei Group respectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 3.2216 million shares and 20.54 million shares, totaling a reduction of 23.7616 million shares, accounting for 0.941% of the company's total current share capital. The combined shareholding ratio of the two decreased from 13.944% to 12.992%, with the change in equity exceeding the 1% threshold. Previously, Kangmei Group planned to reduce their holdings by no more than 25.2427 million shares from September 8, 2025 to December 7, but as of the announcement date, the reduction plan had not been fully implemented. This reduction will not have a significant impact on the company's governance and operation, nor will it result in changes to the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
