Tongyu Heavy Industry announced that the company's semi-annual equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on a total share capital of 3,897,012,791 shares after excluding 40,748,300 repurchased shares, each shareholder will receive 0.06 yuan in cash for every 10 shares held, without bonus shares or capital reserve fund conversion. The ex-dividend date is November 14, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders distributed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch will be credited on the same day, while some shareholders will receive cash dividends directly from the company.
