In an announcement by the China Overseas Grand Ocean Group on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in October 2025, the series of companies under China Overseas Grand Ocean achieved contract sales of RMB 3,739,000,000 and contract sales area of 344,100 square meters, representing year-on-year decreases of 26.0% and 20.1% respectively. From January to October 2025, the total contract sales reached RMB 27,326,000,000 and the contract sales area was 2,460,100 square meters, representing year-on-year decreases of 13.1% and 10.8% respectively. As of the end of October 2025, the total subscribed but not yet contracted amount was RMB 552,000,000 and the subscribed but not yet contracted area was 48,800 square meters.
