Chongqing Construction Engineering Group: Subsidiary consortium wins bid for 781 million yuan project.

Chongqing Jian Gong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Chongqing Jian Gong Residential Construction Co., Ltd. and Chongqing City Design Institute Co., Ltd. have formed a consortium and received the "Chongqing Construction Engineering Bid Winning Notice" for the Jiangwan project EPC general contracting project, confirming their successful bid for the project. The project is located in Nan'an District, Chongqing, and adopts the EPC general contracting model, mainly for high-quality residential buildings, supporting commercial and garage facilities, covering an area of approximately 30 acres with a building area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The bid price for the project is 781 million yuan, and the project duration is 1020 calendar days. Jian Gong Residential Construction Co., Ltd. as the leading party of the consortium is mainly responsible for project procurement, construction, acceptance, handover, and maintenance work; while the City Design Institute as a member of the consortium is mainly responsible for engineering design work.
