The Harmony Shuangma announced that its controlling shareholder, Harmony Hengyuan, recently released some of its holdings of the company's shares by canceling and re-pledging procedures. On November 5, 2025, it released 24.74 million shares, accounting for 6.13% of its holdings and 3.24% of the total share capital; on November 6, it re-pledged 19.79 million shares, accounting for 4.90% of its holdings and 2.59% of the total share capital, with the purpose of repaying debts. As of the date of the announcement, Harmony Hengyuan held 202.44 million shares of the company, accounting for 26.52% of the total share capital, with a total of 98.77 million shares pledged, accounting for 12.94% of the total share capital.
