Ling Ji stated that the proposal for the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has injected more certainty into China's economic and social development in the future; the important proposal in the plan for China to continue promoting high-quality development and expanding high-level opening up will enhance certainty and bring good expectations for foreign investment enterprises to deepen their presence in the Chinese market.
