On November 6, at the institutional investors' exchange meeting of the Northern Exchange, Huayuan Securities President Deng Hui stated in his speech that the Northern Exchange is currently in a golden period of policy empowerment and institutional innovation. From the release of the "Northern Exchange Specialty Innovation Index" in June to the smooth transition of the "920" new securities codes in October, and most recently, Northern Exchange Chairman Lu Songbin mentioned at the Financial Street Forum Annual Meeting the key measures of "continuously optimizing the construction of the Northern Exchange index system, launching the Northern Securities 50ETF, and researching the introduction of after-hours fixed price trading," among others. A series of reforms have been advancing step by step, continuously consolidating the Northern Exchange's position as the main battlefield for serving innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and a virtuous market ecology of "dynamic enterprises, confident investors" is forming.
