Recently, a delegation of advanced materials representatives from Spain, jointly organized by the China Science and Technology Exchange Center and the Spanish National Office of Technology and Innovation, visited the Research and Development Center of the Mining and Metallurgy Group. The two sides engaged in exchanges on innovation R&D and technical cooperation in the field of advanced materials, building a cooperation bridge for the collaborative development of Chinese and Spanish enterprises. The responsible comrades of the Mining and Metallurgy Group's office welcomed the visiting delegation. Chen Yanbin, Chairman of Dangsheng Technology, Adrin Gutirrez, Science and Technology Counselor of the Spanish Embassy in China, and Carlos DE LA CRUZ, Deputy Director of the Spanish National Office of Technology and Innovation, delivered welcome speeches. During the technical exchange session, Zhang Xuequan, Vice General Manager of Dangsheng Technology, introduced the development layout and core strengths of Dangsheng Technology in the field of advanced energy materials. The Spanish delegation members included representatives from the Spanish National Office of Technology and Innovation, the Advanced Materials Technology Platform, and the Plastic Technology Research Center, among 12 other institutions, sharing their strengths and cooperation intentions in the areas of material design, advanced manufacturing, nanotechnology, and circular economy, providing direction for both sides to explore cooperation points. Discussions were held on potential cooperation projects, trends in the new energy materials market, and other topics, which are of positive significance for deepening scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries and promoting industrial upgrading.
