The "List of Minor Violations in the Field of Transportation in Shanghai Municipality Not Subject to Administrative Penalties" was deliberated and approved at the 14th Executive Meeting on October 30, 2025 and is now issued. It will be implemented from December 15, 2025 and will be valid until December 14, 2030.
