On the morning of November 6th, the Tongling Changjiang Third Bridge was officially opened to traffic. This is the world's first double-deck inclined-cable-stayed-cable cooperative system bridge, solving the technical difficulties of large span and structural stiffness coexisting. The bridge is 11.88 kilometers long, with a main span of 988 meters, and is a bridge for both public and rail use. After opening to traffic, it optimized and improved the regional crossing capacity, and also allowed the entire 641-kilometer Anhui section of the G3 Beijing-Taipei Expressway to be fully accessible on high speed.
