China Automobile Dealers Association Xiao Zhengsan: Dealers need to be given greater assistance.

Xiao Zhengsan, the president of the China Automobile Circulation Association, stated today at the 2025 China Automobile Circulation Industry Development Forum that currently, various brand manufacturers have set goals and strategies in terms of vehicle and parts supply, inventory structure, and after-sales support that are severely out of line with market realities, leading to an increase in production capacity while revenue and profit decline, causing a serious deterioration in the automotive industry chain ecology. The grim situation faced by distributors at the forefront of fierce market competition is a concentrated manifestation and specific epitome of various development issues and contradictions in the circulation industry during the transformation and upgrading of the automotive market and the deep adjustment of the automotive industry. Faced with a complex environment and difficult situation, distributors need to be given greater help. In response to this, Xiao Zhengsan stated that the association will focus on and do well in three areas: "restructuring channel value", "restructuring harmonious manufacturer relationships", and "promoting the second-hand car and automotive finance".
