("Chengdu Qingci") has signed a game authorization transfer agreement with Walt Disney (China) Co., Ltd. ("Disney") through a contractual arrangement. Accordingly, Chengdu Qingci has obtained the authorization from Disney and Pixar to develop and distribute the game "Disney: Magic Kingdoms" for a period of three years starting from the game's launch date. It is expected that the game will be released gradually in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea starting from 2026.
