Standard & Poor's: Assigns 'BBB+' long-term issue rating to proposed notes guaranteed by China Everbright Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited

On November 6th, S&P granted China Cinda (2020) I Management Ltd. a long-term issue rating of "BBB+" for their proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes under their $7.4 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) program. The issuance rating is subject to S&P's review of the final terms and conditions.
