CICC International: Raise the target price of Sheng Time Electric (03898.HK) to 47.6 Hong Kong dollars, upgraded to "outperform" rating.

According to the China Securities Journal app, ICBC International released a research report stating that they believe Times Electric (03898.HK) has a promising outlook. They have raised their profit expectations by 6%-13% and upgraded their rating from "Neutral" to "Outperform the Market", as well as raised the target price by 66% from 28.6 Hong Kong dollars to 47.6 Hong Kong dollars.
