Hong Kong Stock Robotaxi: The First Stock! WeRide has officially been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On November 6, 2020, WeRide Technologies (HKEX: 0800, Nasdaq: WRD), a leading global autonomous driving technology company, officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code 0800.HK. Following its listing on the Nasdaq as the first Robotaxi company globally, WeRide became the first Robotaxi company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and also the first autonomous driving technology company globally to have a dual primary listing on both the US and Hong Kong stock exchanges. In this Hong Kong listing, the total number of shares offered globally (pre-green shoe) was 88.25 million shares, with 17.65 million shares publicly offered after triggering the over-allotment mechanism, and 70.60 million shares offered internationally. The offering price per share was HK$27.1, raising a total of HK$23.9 billion (pre-green shoe).
