CATL establishes new company in Yibin, including IoT business.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Yibin Runkai New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with David being the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of online energy monitoring technology, research and development of IoT technology, IoT technology services, IoT application services, and information system integration services. Shareholding transparency displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited).
