Country Garden: Majority of Overseas Debt Restructuring Plan Approved by Creditors

On November 6th, Country Garden announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its overseas debt restructuring plan has received approval from the majority of the required statutory creditors and plan creditors respectively. The company will seek court approval for the plan at a hearing scheduled for 10:00 AM on December 4, 2025.
