State Power Investment Corporation holds working meeting with Fuzhou city in Fujian province.

On November 4th, Liu Mingsheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of State Power Investment Corporation, held talks with Guo Ningning, Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee in Fuzhou to further deepen cooperation and exchanges between the central government and local authorities. The two sides discussed plans for key energy projects during the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, speeding up the transformation towards green energy and low-carbon development, and enhancing energy security. They expressed their intention to further deepen practical cooperation, strengthen communication and exchanges in areas such as technological innovation, key projects, and zero-carbon zones.
