Mingde Biotechnology: Electing Chen Lili as Chairman.

MingDe Biosciences announced on the evening of November 5th that the board of directors agreed to elect Chen Lili as the chairman of the fifth board of directors, agreed to elect Wang Ying as the vice chairman of the fifth board of directors, agreed to appoint Chen Lili as the general manager of the company, appoint Wang Ying and Wang Rui as vice general managers of the company, and appoint Wang Rui as the secretary of the board of directors and financial officer of the company.
