Peak Cement announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Shangfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd., and joint venture partner Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Kaiyuan Development Investment Co., Ltd., intend to increase the capital of Ningbo Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. by a total of 40 million yuan in cash according to the contribution ratio. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Ningbo Shangfeng will increase from the original 20 million yuan to 60 million yuan. The capital increase funds will mainly be used to acquire Ningbo Daxie Wanhua Thermal Power Building Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of cement grinding, annual transfer of 600,000 tons of ultrafine powder transfer storage project, and its supporting equipment and facilities, with a total acquisition amount of 72,03.02 million yuan.
