Shenke Group Announcement: The company's original controlling shareholder, He Quanbo, and the second largest shareholder, Beijing Huachuang and Shenzhen Huili, signed a "Property Transaction Contract" to transfer all of their shares in the company to Shenzhen Huili, totaling 62.8312 million shares, accounting for 41.89% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price of this share agreement is 16.12 yuan per share, with a total transaction price of 1.013 billion yuan. After the transfer is completed, Shenzhen Huili holds 77.3967 million shares of the company, accounting for 51.60% of the total share capital of the company. The controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company will change to Shenzhen Huili and its actual controller, the State-owned Assets Affairs Center of Zaozhuang City Tai'erzhuang District.
