Many places in Ukraine have implemented power restriction measures.

Ukraine's national electricity company reported on November 5th that most regions of Ukraine implemented rotating power outages from 7 am to 9 pm local time that day. Due to attacks by Russian forces on Ukrainian energy facilities, many areas in Ukraine experienced blackouts, especially in Sumy. Emergency repair work is currently underway.
