Green Island Technology of China (02023.HK) subsidiary Zhejiang Guoyao Jingyue obtains a hazardous chemicals safety production permit.

The Zhijing Financial APP reported that China Lvdao Technology (02023.HK) announced that on October 31, 2025, Zhejiang Guoyao Jingyue Aerosol Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Guoyao Jingyue), a subsidiary of the company, obtained a Hazardous Chemicals Safety Production License issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department, enabling Zhejiang Guoyao Jingyue to legally produce nine categories of hazardous chemical aerosols, covering high value-added products such as antiperspirants, sunscreen sprays, and insecticide aerosols. The board of directors believes that obtaining such qualifications not only fully affirms the group's careful introduction of international advanced automated production lines in recent years and construction of an advanced production management system with full-process intelligent control, as well as the authoritative endorsement of the production safety management valued by the group, but also marks a significant breakthrough for the group in the aerosol industry chain layout, releasing the full capacity of hazardous chemical aerosols and injecting strong momentum into the rapid layout of the global high-end market and enhancement of brand core competitiveness.
