Jinshiyuan announcement states that the company's controlling shareholder, Jinshiyuan Group, will increase its holdings in the company through centralized bidding for a cumulative total of 12.4827 million shares starting from December 31, 2024, representing 1.0012% of the total shares of the company, with a total investment amount of 5.3997 billion yuan. Before the increase, Jinshiyuan Group held 561 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.72% of the total share capital; after the increase, it increased to 574 million shares, accounting for 46.0003%.
