The company has decided to invest in the construction of Luzhou Laojiao Historical and Cultural Industry Park and Sichuan Chinese Liquor Museum project, with a construction period of approximately 50 months (including preliminary preparation work), and a total investment of approximately 1.478 billion yuan (including 4.2 billion yuan already used to purchase assets of Luzhou Laojiao Tianfu Middle School Fenghuangshan Campus, which has been approved by the board of directors). The required funds will be self-funded by the company.
