JiaYuan Technology: Signs Cooperation Framework Agreement with CATL

Jiayuan Technology announced that the company recently signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with CATL. According to the agreement, the two parties will further expand the depth and breadth of their business relationship on the basis of existing business cooperation. With the premise that the second party meets the requirements of the first party in relevant aspects, the first party will designate the second party as the preferred supplier of copper foil products. Both parties agree to establish a long-term partnership and carry out all-round cooperation in the supply, research and development, and production of negative electrode current collector materials for new types of batteries.
