Padhraic Garvey and Benjamin Schroeder of the Dutch international group stated in a report that the 10-year US Treasury yield "currently seems content above 4%." These interest rate strategists said, "US Treasuries are treading water, and their performance should have been better on Tuesday, a safe-haven day." The US Treasury yields fell slightly on Tuesday, but the decline was minimal. These strategists added that the 10-year Treasury yield "is not at particularly high levels." According to Tradeweb's data, US Treasury yields edged lower, with the 10-year Treasury yield falling by 1.9 basis points to 4.070%.
