Ruijie Precision has set up a new intelligent equipment company, which includes the business of manufacturing industrial robots.

According to the QiChaCha app, Jiangxi XieXun Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was recently established with Cheng Jun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of industrial robots, mold manufacturing, manufacturing and sales of smart home consumer devices, among others. QiChaCha's equity penetration display shows that the company is wholly owned by XieXun Electronics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Luxshare Precision.
