The 6G Development Conference in 2025 will be held in Beijing in November, focusing on promoting the establishment of globally unified standards.

The 6G Development Conference in 2025 will be held on November 13-14 in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The conference will focus on promoting innovation to drive the establishment of a global unified standard for 6G, and building an open and inclusive global 6G innovation ecosystem. The conference is co-hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the IMT-2030 Promotion Group, and jointly organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Management Committee of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The conference will last for two days and will invite academicians from both academies, authoritative experts from home and abroad, representatives from international standard organizations, and well-known entrepreneurs to engage in in-depth discussions on hot topics such as 6G application needs, key technologies, industrial research and development, testing and verification, and international standards, to promote the formation of global consensus on key technologies and architectures for 6G, and to help build a unified international standard system for 6G globally.
